What this looks like in practice

A few representative engagements, plus a live build you can run yourself. On a call we'll go deeper into real work we've done that's relevant to you. We keep client specifics private unless they've okayed sharing.

Lighting manufacturing

A lighting manufacturer, new to Salesforce

The challenge

New to Salesforce. Orders were built in their warehouse system while the service team worked in a separate support tool with little visibility into those orders, and every quote was built by hand.

The result

We set them up on Salesforce from scratch and made it where orders get built, then flow down to the warehouse system automatically. Service runs in Salesforce now too, so the support team can finally see every order and the full customer history in one place. An AI inventory assistant lets them check stock and tell a customer what's available at each warehouse in seconds. Quotes go out faster and come out right the first time, and they retired a separate support tool they'd been paying for.

Equipment & field service

A generator sales-and-service company

The challenge

Running quotes, approvals, service contracts, and safety-compliance tracking across a stack of disconnected tools, with things slipping through the cracks.

The result

Now it all runs in one place. Quotes and approvals move faster, proposals generate themselves, and customers renew their maintenance plans through a self-serve portal that reminds them automatically. Customer texts, service reminders, and safety-test records all land in Salesforce, an AI assistant speeds up quoting, and the team stops chasing paperwork.

Security & protective services

A protective-services firm

The challenge

Planning complex, multi-stop trips with backup plans and billing for them out of spreadsheets and documents. One change in plan meant redoing the paperwork by hand.

The result

Now every trip and its backup plans live in Salesforce. Client itineraries and pricing generate automatically, billing is ready without re-keying, and a change in plan no longer means starting over. They even have an AI assistant that keeps a running picture of activity.

Live build

One sentence in. A real build out.

A simplified look at how we build, three runs, each a step up from the last. It skips most of what really goes into it. The scoping, data modeling, testing, and deployment behind a production build are the bulk of the work, and none of it happens in seconds.

Why expertise still matters

What AI does to a real org when no one's watching

AI can accelerate delivery. It can generate code, automate workflows, and create the appearance of momentum. But when there's no platform expertise behind the decisions, the cost shows up later.

The credibility behind every build we ship comes from understanding the systems underneath it: governance, architecture, security, scale, and the operational reality of running a business.

We've seen what happens when organizations skip the platform and the people who know it:

AI is powerful. Expertise is what makes it durable.

The best outcomes don't come from replacing experience. They come from combining AI with people who know where it fits, where it fails, and what it takes to make it work in production.

If you're building for the long term, expertise still matters.
